Catalyst Inc, Concourse Buildings at Titanic Quarter

Kevin McShane Ltd are delighted to have provided the Transportation services for the approval of the latest phase of Catalyst Inc's proposals for the extension to the Concourse Buildings at Titanic Quarter. The approval was subject to a Section 76 Agreement requiring completion of the Eastern Access Road prior to occupation of more than 40% of the floor space of the proposed office building and to require use of the Glider services with a detailed Travel Plan. The approval sees an investment of £11m into Belfast with a proposal that could create 225 new jobs as well as the construction activity.
