Working with Clarman Architects and MBA Planning we ae delighted to see work commencing on the former Hughes Christensen site and integrates with the adjoining commercial park. KMS Ltd have provided Transport and Engineering support to the team on the relocation of the Castlereagh Road Lidl store. Belfast City Council recommended approval of the application which relocates the store to in June 2021 . A wonderful asset and regeneration of a much needed part of our city.
